What you share
YakkaPay’s website does not have an enquiry form. If you email hello@yakka.group, we receive the name, email address, business and project details you choose to send. If we work together, we may also receive the contact, billing and technical information needed to quote for and deliver the agreed services.
How we use it
We use that information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver and support services, keep business records and resolve concerns. Please do not email card numbers, passwords or other sensitive credentials. If a project requires access, we will arrange a more suitable way to share it.
Service providers
Information may be processed by the services we use for email, website hosting and project delivery. If you choose a payment provider for your own business, its handling of payment and account information is governed by its own privacy information. We do not sell your enquiry details.
This website
Our website does not use analytics or advertising tracking cookies. Our web server may record standard request information, such as your IP address, browser details and pages requested, to operate and protect the site. Links to other websites, including payment providers, are subject to those sites’ own privacy practices.
